What we have built for, and what we have not yet tested.

A statement is only useful if it is honest about the gaps. This one is.

What is in place

Built in from the start rather than added at the end.

Keyboard operation throughoutEvery control — navigation, dropdowns, the mobile menu, workflow switchers, the estimator sliders, the form — is reachable and operable by keyboard. A "skip to content" link is the first thing focus reaches on every page, and Escape closes the menu.
Visible focus, everywhereA 2px focus outline at 2px offset, on both colour modes. Focus is never removed to make something look tidier.
Contrast at AA for page contentBody text runs at 8.4:1 on Foundry Paper. Secondary text steps one shade darker on recessed surfaces so it clears 4.5:1 there too, and every form control carries a 3:1 boundary. Premium means restrained ornament, not faint information. One category falls short — see the workflow chips below.
Never colour aloneEvery workflow state carries a shape marker and a text label as well as a colour, so the operational language survives colour blindness and greyscale printing.
Motion respects your settingsIf your system requests reduced motion, every reveal resolves instantly and every animation is switched off — including the scroll film. Nothing on this site loops, autoplays with sound, or flashes.
Structure a screen reader can navigateOne h1 per page, headings in order, landmark regions, labelled form fields, error messages announced when they appear, and decorative graphics hidden from the accessibility tree.

Known gaps

Open, and being worked on. We would rather list them than claim full conformance.

No screen-reader audit yetThe site is built to the standard, but it has not been tested end to end with NVDA, JAWS or VoiceOver by someone who uses them daily. Until it has, we will not claim full conformance.
The scroll film is visualMIRAI Moment is a canvas animation driven by scroll position. It has a skip control and it respects reduced motion, but the narrative itself is not available as text. Everything it says is said in writing elsewhere on the site — the Method and Trust pages carry the same content.
Dense tables on small screensThe operating-model and product-interface tables gain row labels below 980px, but they remain information-dense. If a table is hard to read on your device, tell us which one.
The estimator is a calculator, not a formIts sliders are labelled and keyboard-operable, and results update live. The results are not yet announced as a group to assistive technology, so a screen-reader user hears each figure change individually.
Workflow status chips sit just under AAThe small operational state chips — Awaiting approval, Live, Automated — measure between 4.29:1 and 4.49:1 against their own tinted fills, against a 4.5:1 requirement. They are design-system components shared with the MIRAI OS product, so the correction belongs in the design system rather than in this website. Each chip pairs its colour with a shape marker and a written label, so no state depends on the colour alone.

We aim to reply within five working days and to say either when it will be fixed or why it will not be. If a barrier stops you reaching us at all, ask a colleague to send the email on your behalf — we will not treat that as a lesser report.
